Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings are provisional until a non-refundable deposit of £50 is received to secure a booking.

2. Cost of hire must be paid in full  14 days  prior to journey.

3. Calypso Limousines accepts no responsibility for delays  caused by traffic congestion, road works, adverse weather or any other unforeseen  hold -ups. In cases of extreme weather we reserve the right to cancel booking .

4. Food must not be consumed in the vehicle.

5. Smoking is illegal in the limousine, if this condition is ignored  the driver will terminate the journey & no refund will be given.

6. Calypso Limousines can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to passengers belongings.

7. The person who makes the booking will be responsible for the conduct of the other passengers, and for any damage that occurs..

8. The hirer must agree to pay for all damages  and any costs incurred for cleaning the vehicle due to sickness.

9. Calypso Limousines can not be held responsible for breakdowns , however we will endeavour to complete your journey but it may not be in another Limousine.

10. We advise all passengers to wear seatbelts, and baby seats must be used on forward facing seats only.

11. Unruly passengers will not be tolerated and the driver is authorised to terminate a journey.

12. All pick-up times and places must be confirmed on the booking form. Any changes must be made in writing. Additional pick-up & drop-off points cannot be added on the day of hire.

13. Airports..

The driver will always carry a mobile phone, passengers will be given the number on outward journey.

Amount of passengers & luggage must be agreed at time of booking.

On return the passenger must call the driver to confirm the collection point & time, please allow up to 30 minutes.

In the event of an excessive delay to return flight we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle that was originally booked as it may have another booking.

If return flight is re-routed we may not be able to meet passenger at the re-arranged destination and Calypso Limousines can not be held responsible for this.

14. A fifteen minute waiting time will be allowed at  pick-up for return journey after which time the  limousine may be withdrawn from hire if we have another booking . All additional waiting time is charged at £60 per hour.

15. Our cars can legally carry EIGHT passengers. We will not exceed this under any circumstances .
